How do I join the Sacred Earth Loyalty Rewards program?
Simply create a free account on our website. Once registered, you’ll automatically begin earning reward points on eligible purchases.
How do I earn points in the Sacred Earth mineral and fossil loyalty program?
You earn 5% back in points on eligible mineral, fossil, and crystal purchases.

How many points do I earn per purchase?
You earn 5% back in points on eligible online purchases.
Example:
Spend $100 → Earn 100 points
100 points = $5 in rewards
(Points may be rounded based on your account settings.)
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be converted into reward coupons.
Current redemption structure:
100 points = $5 reward
Minimum redemption: 100 points
Maximum redemption per coupon: 500 points ($25)
Rewards are issued as single-use discount coupons and may have expiration dates.
Do my points expire?
No. Your Sacred Earth reward points do not expire.
Once points are converted into a reward coupon, that coupon may have an expiration date. We recommend redeeming rewards promptly after conversion.
Can I earn points at mineral and fossil shows?
Yes.
If you purchase from us at a show, you can submit a claim through our Show Purchase Claim page within 21 days of the event. After review and approval, points will be added to your account.
What purchases are not eligible for rewards?
The following are not eligible for reward coupons or point redemption in our mineral store rewards program:
Gift cards
Orders using certain promotional discounts
Fraudulent or duplicate accounts
We reserve the right to adjust points if misuse is detected.
How does the referral program work?
When you share your referral link:
Your friend receives $10 off their first qualifying order ($50 minimum).
After their completed purchase, you earn 100 points ($5).
Referral coupons:
Require a minimum order amount
Cannot be used on gift cards
Are one-time use
Cannot be combined with other offers
May have expiration dates
Can I refer myself?
No. Referral rewards are for genuine new customers only.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or manipulated orders will result in removal of points and possible account suspension.
Do points apply to past purchases?
Points cannot be retroactively applied to previous online purchases. However, recent show purchases may be claimed within the eligible time window.
