Return Policy
If you wish to return your item via the mail within 7 days of delivery for store credit minus shipping charges, you must contact us for an RA# by emailing us through our Contact Us form. This RA# number must be included inside of the package being returned so that we can properly credit your account. Any item being returned must be in its original packaging, unused and free of damage. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, you will receive a credit minus shipping charges to be used on the website or you may contact us for additional product images not listed on the website.
CERTAIN ITEMS, HOWEVER, MAY NOT BE RETURNED:
- Personalized items (ie. initial rings, name bracelets, engraved or monogrammed items).
- Special Orders (items that must be ordered in a special size or items that we do not normally stock).
- Any in stock item that our jeweler has sized specifically for recipient.
